Founder and President Alla Balashova has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry and possesses a Bachelors of Biochemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.  Alla also has strong international ties in Europe and Asia and is fluent in three languages for marketing and sales support.
